So I bought a MacBook Air 13 2 weeks ago and wondering if I should return it for a full refund? Is the process so bad that I should just keep it? I’ve never returned anything from QVC before. Laptop is setup and all. I just ant y’all opinions on it. Thanks. Much Love.

Call customer service and talk to them. If you’ve got an issue with it they can help you, or you simply don’t want it and want to return it they can help you with that too.  I’ve bought a gazillion things, but haven’t returned very many but it’s always been an easy process.

@TJonthebyway  If your happy with it,  keep it, if not return it.  Computers cost too much to keep it,  if your not happy with it.  Returning just takes time.  It is just not that big of a deal unless you have a lot of money out.  I always buy stuff on easy pay so that if I don't like it, I don't have a lot in it.   I have hardly returned anything I have bought from them.   If I am happy, I just pay it off then.

I have a MacBook Pro.  Why do you want to return it?  If it is within the allowable return period, you can just put it back to factory settings.  LM

I'm using a Mac Air right now and I think it is the best thing ever!  I'd HATE to be without it!

I've had a computer since 1983 and lots of laptops and this one is my all-time favorite.  Sorry you don't like yours, but absolutely send it back!

It's been acting up. After it wakes up from hibernation mode it disconnects from the internet and a brand new MacBook Air should NOT be doing that.

So this is My first MacBook to own so is this normal for that to happen? Disconnect from the internet after it wakes up from hibernation mode?

What's the probleim?  Is the computer defective?  If so, return it to QVC and ask for a replacement or refund.  Is it the learning curve?  If so, purchase Apple Care on your own.  You'll have access to tech support and you can also get individual help at an Apple Retail Store.

@TJonthebyway I believe you have a warranty through Apple, even though you purchased it from QVC.  Don't call QVC, yet. Call the Apple 800#(275-2273), ask for service help, and talk to one of their techs.  They're extremely helpful.  Also, consider purchasing Apple Care.  It'll extend your free access to tech support to 3 years.

If Apple determines that the computer is defective, you'll have to find out if you return it directly to them or to QVC.  That's another reason not to buy computers through TV Shopping Channels.  When you buy from Apple (on-line, Retail Store, Authorized Reseller), you go to the source (Apple) when there are problems

I decided to send it back for full refund and buy the MacBook Air at the local Apple Store. Gonna get Me a Apple Watch too.
