MY HP LAPTOP QUIT

my tsv 17 in hp i just got has quit on me. i used it this morning then i turned off then went to get on it 3 hrs later it won't boot up says im missing a file. so needless to say my support can't help cause i can't get on the inet with it . i was told to go to someone that handles hp to put in an operating disk in to see whats goin on. and here i thought everything was goin great. so disapointed.
