I renewed for another year and the price jumped from $59.95 a year to $89.95 a year! That is really robbery!

Was the lower rate an introductory rate?  Did the level of service changed?  Just wondering since that seems to be a very large increase.

@scotnovel..no changes and I have been with them for at least 10 years....started having to pay for the service anout 6 years ago. Befor that it was free.

Why do you need MSN Premium?  If there has been no changes, there is no way I would be paying for an increase.

Have you considered dropping it?  Verizon, my ISP, dropped MSN Premium (had been provided no charge to its customers) several years ago.  I did not renew.  Your email account will remain the same but accessed through Outlook.com.  You'll need to subscribe to an antivirus service.  I use McAfee, which costs considerably less than $90 per year, but should probably cancel that as there are many free services today that are very good.
