MS365 Office for HP Notebook

I ordered the HP Notebook on 7/5 that was the TSV. Received computer on 7/20, but the software vouchers, shipped separately, have not arrived yet. I assume info on signing up for MS365 is included with the vouchers that are hopefully still on their way. Don't you need a product key, or something similar, to get signed in to MS365? I would like to get started in moving to new computer. Thanks for any info.
