I agree, @Nuttmeg , the History app is very good. I used it often until I cancelled my cable TV service last year and lost their access to the app.

 

I now use youtubetv for most TV viewing, which doesn't offer the History channel in it's lineup, so there's no access through them. Ustvgo was a welcome option until the VPN issue arose!

I personally like. It works pretty well for me, and I think they cost me like $2.35 a month or

I have a Norton VPN app on my phone and tablet tablet. 

You can not use this VPN to watch any streaming services. You have to shut it down. 

 

During a software patch on my table,  I found a   Secure Wi-Fi app. It is just a secure tunnel. You can not change the settings or anything. It doesn't change the connection speed but it will work with a streaming service.
