First, there was the change in format, with an arrow right in the middle of a grinning model's face.  Now there are no graphics to be seen at all!  What's going on?

@Magny You might want to put your question under the topic of Customer Care.  Not sure it will get much attention in electronics.  I know there have been a number of issues with videos working and whatnot.  I have not followed it very closely.  I figure they will fix it when they get around to it.  You can check out some of the threads under Customer Care.
