Attention LADY AMARA,

Thank you for checking out bejeweled blitz , I can't figure out why mine doesn't register the points I finally got in touch with Le pan they said the game isn't compatible with my tablet what a joke you can get it and it is in the game section for us to download , I don't think they check it out they just guess , I tried to send you a picture so you could see where it isn't registering but I couldn't.

I called them several times the one time the girl told me to put a pin in the little hole to it that didn't do a thing.

You are quite welcome, Starlight. It is confusing sometimes when it comes to apps. I don't fully understand them either. I've been searching for an article I read not long ago about how some apps work on tablets and some don't. If I can ever track it down, I will post.

P.S. You might want to take a look at the "Le Pan Forum" that I mentioned in a thread below. You don't have to register unless you have a question - just take a look around. The people over there are quite helpful. One thing that's been my understanding with Le Pan company is that there is no real tech service. This forum is extremely helpful. Attention LADY AMARA,

Thanks for the site I checked it out but I don't see anyone having the problem I am having, it is so weird that the other games register the points but the Bejeweled Blitz will give the points as you are playing it but on top where it keeps your score when your time is up it won't so you loose all the points you earned.

I wish I knew how to contact who ever provides the game since LE Pan can't help me. Thanks again for all your help

Hi Starlight.

You can try to contact the developer of the app. You have to go back to the Play store and search for your particular game, tap the app to open it, then scroll to the bottom. There you should see an envelope under Developer, "send email." Hope that helps and get you results.
