has anyone had this problem on  Verizonet?    with the Ultimate II ? (tracfone)

fone  doesn't ring or vibrate. some times there is not even a missed called notification!

bought from QVC one year ago.  this has been happening for a few monts now

txt messages are showing up as downloads too

I haven't had a problem with mine. Try a full power down and reboot and see if that fixes it. (Press and hold the power button on the right side until the phone powers off then repeat until it comes back on.) Smartphones are as much computer as they are phone and like all computers they can get a bit wonky. A reboot generally sets things right.

I had the same problem with two of the phones. I tried to work with Tracfone to figure out the problem, but we didn't get very far. They had to return the call each time and I never got them. I just gave up and ordered a different phone.

I had the problem with a Tracfone.  CS reset it for me.  They told me the problem stemmed from the fact I seldom turned my phone on.

I have my phone on all the time as I don't have a landline. So, my problem must have been something else. My LG22C is working very well for me.
