LG Ultimate 2 Cover Problems

Has anyone else had trouble getting the correct pink paisley case/cover for their phone? The one that came with the phone ( model L41c) was for a 42c instead and the cutouts on the 42c cover don't match the phone. I called customer service and after two weeks or so a second case arrived--still the wrong model. I called again, and received a third case today--still not the right one. I'm wondering if it's just me, just the paisley cover, or if all the covers are the wrong model. The ones pictured in the item description look fine. Thanks!

I ordered that one for my mother. I couldn't get it to snap on and figured it was defective. I tossed it and ordered one from Amazon for $4, which was much nicer.

Mine fit perfect. The cover needs to be separated into the two parts, then put the phone in an snap it into place. I like the pink paisley.

I have that exact phone and it came with the paisley "case." It is in two pieces and it fits well.

I'm glad I am not alone in this. I have the same phone that I ordered awhile back and the case and cover fit and made for a smart-looking phone. I ordered a second one for my mother and the back cover fits on, but the cover included with the phone did not fit at all and I contacted QVC and they sent me another one, but that one didn't fit either. Finally, comparing the two phones I discovered that the second one seems to be just a little, tiny bit larger and I turned to Amazon for help and even the cover I got from them didn't work. Right now we have the last ill-fitting case on it to keep it from being so slippery in her hands, but have to remove it to actually use the buttons or charger. Did I read correctly that there is actually a LC142C? I looked on the Tracfone site and they aren't evn offering the LC141c anymore.

If you are referring to the last TSV, I received the pink paisley cover. At first I could not figure out how to put it on the phone. Then (somehow) it came apart and fit fine.

I also thought at first it was too small. I then realized the cover comes apart and you put one part on the back and one on the front, then click it closed.
