My cell phone tells me I am putting in the wrong password for the voicemail. No way can I figure out what it's supposed to be. It isn't what It's thought it should be. So.....no where do I find how to get in voicemail without this code. How do I change this code so I can open my voicemail again. TIA.

I would contact Tracfone through their Facebook page. You'll have your best luck sending them a private message once you are on the page. Good luck!

Voicemail issues have pretty much nothing to do with the phone. As long as your phone is working and you're using the right password, you should get access to your voicemail. This sounds like an issue with the password. Tracfone should be able to reset your password to something new for you once you're able to verify who you are. Just be advised that you're going to have to jump through a few hoops to get them to believe you're you.

Thx for the replies. I did find out that dialing *611 I talked with Tracfone and their representative ended up resetting my password to the last 4 digits of my phone number. Anyway it worked and now I learned something new today. Thx again.
