LG ULTIMATE 2 call notification

I have had some calls that I missed and the phone didn't show a "missed call" icon near the "phone" button. anyone else notice this?

After receiving a few more calls, I see that my email notification tone sounds-off for a call instead of the ringtone. I have gone to settings to see if I had something wrong, but it appears to be set up correctly. Anybody else notice this kind of problem with their phone? Maybe I have a lemon!

Now the phone is dropping calls. I am going to exchange it for another. QVC will honor the TSV price and send another and then I will return the defective phone when I receive the new one. I hate to be without a phone for a week. Just posting this so that if anyone else has the issue, they can see how it was resolved.

Thanks for posting this info about your phone. I have this phone (since Feb) and no problems like this, and am hoping it lasts the year ok! I love my phone, and hope your new one works great.

So, how does that work with transferring your phone number and minutes over? Will you get to keep the minutes from the original TSV and get more minutes with your second order? I think it's very hard to deduct minutes once they've already been added. I hope your new phone will be better for you. I also purchased this phone and am liking it a lot. It's definitely a big step up from my LG Optimus Dynamic 2. It's a lot faster and the screen quality is better.

The minutes will transfer to the new phone. I won't try to get the second 1200 minutes, as I already received them. I am just exchanging phones. I'm sure somebody would attempt to get them, but it wouldn't be right to do that.
