Hello, got my phone and got it set up through Tracfone customer service.  I gave them my phone number I wanted to port and my account number and my PIN.  It took less than an hour.  All my apps. transferred over to my new phone but not my contacts.  this is ok I needed to delete some anyway lol.  Everything works as I said this is my first tracfone.  I downloaded a free app that will keep track of minutes used.  I have no idea how long 1350 minutes will last me.  So far so good.  No problems with texts sending or receiving.  No problem with phone calls sending or receiving.  I did download an app so I could open my Yahoo email from my desk top.  Very happy with this phone.
