LG 41C Trac Fone questions

Has anyone had problems receiving calls? My husband called me with an important call and my phone did not ring, show me that I had a missed call or that he had left a voice message. Any suggestions? Ringer was on.

As far as I know I haven't had that problem. Is it possible he called the wrong number? That could explain the situation. As soon as your phone was within range of a suitable cell tower you should have gotten the voice mail/missed call prompt. About the only way for it not to work would be if he called the wrong number, or you had his calls blocked.

He got my voicemail greeting message, so he knew he had the right number. I retrieved his vm later. This has happened more than once. I am in range of a tower and he was in range when he called. It has also happened with other people's calls. But, it's intermittant.

DH & I both have this phone, but we haven't had this problem.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Your volume button is on the left side of your phone. Press that & you get a pop-up to increase or decrease the volume.

Marybella, have you tried switching your ringtone to a different one? I'm not talking about any special downloaded ring, but one of the others that came on the phone?

No, I hadn't done that. It seems to be working recently, but I will change it just to see. Thanks, jGalt!
