mima (or anyone else), I need to ask a question.......almost everyday when I am watching Netflix on my Kindle, it will suddenly freeze & start "buffering", with the little circle in the middle of the picture going around & around. The only way I can get it to start the program again is to shut the Kindle off & then turn it back on again.

Has anyone had this problem? I did do the "May Day" thing & talked to a tech. He checked several things on the Kindle & said everything looked o.k., but it wasn't. I have no idea if the problem is with the Kindle or Netflix? Thanks for any info!
