You need to connect each device to the new router/network FIRST. Once the devices are connected to the network, Alexa will find them. Make sure you have the new network name and password before you start. Get into each device's menu to connect to the new network. The signal put out by the router is a your network.

I've had an Alexa Smart home for years! This is the 3rd time I got a new modem & router.
I connected them all twice but this time Alexa says they are "unresponsive" and that's all! Can't see the smartplugs at all.
Update: Devices connected overnight! Definitely the equipment! Hope the last one connects tonight!
Last one just connected!
