Re: JITTERBUG PHONes..does anyone use one

[ Edited ]

@Flatbush  My mother has one.  Simple to use just like a landline.  There are many modles.  My mother has the original model which is the "simple" one.

Iamoldhippie probably had the "smart Jitterbug."  Also, just because she had issues, does not mean you will.

My mother has model flip2.  The only thing "fancy" is that it takes pictures & text.  My mother does not text.  CR disabled it for her.

Flip 1 does not do either of the above.  Not sure if they even sell that version any more.  YOu will have to check their website.

Any problems you have you press a customer care button & talk to a US based HUMAN.   The one & only time my mother called them was to make sure she entered her contacts correctly & to disable text.

You need to do your due diligence & visit their website to determine which Jitterbug is right for you.

Watch the video reviews by "real" seniors no AI who purchased & use Jitterbug.

By the way, my mother is non-tecky & 101 year young.
