Have you thought about calling your bank to see if the transaction is pending? I have a credit union and they are famous for dragging their feet to post credits and debits.

Yeah, nothing showing with them. It's weird because the money was held right away when I ordered, but after a few days the pending charge dropped off and they just haven't taken it back out.

They most likely have come to their senses after 100 posts that you are a credit risk and have cancelled your order.

I made the post just to point out to you that you need to chill out, and relax. I truly don't understand all of the angst that you are displaying. If you are being told that it will be delivered then let it be.

{#emotions_dlg.blink} I signed up with UPS to get E-mails from them. They tell me when I will receive a package when it ships out. And that will come in handy when the X-mas season comes around because I have family and friends that live abroad and on the west coast.

How do we get emails from UPS?I get emails from the Q when my orders ship

I get emails from every company I order from. They usually include the UPS tracking number and a link so I can follow what I've ordered every step of the way, including the expected delivery date & time of day. I've never felt the need for anything more.

UPS tracking shows it scheduled for early delivery tomorrow. All the more reason why this is bizarre.

Once again (not that I expect it to make the slightest difference), it is NOT bizarre. Your use of words like "bizarre" show how much you're over-reacting.

What you're experiencing is certainly not unheard of in online shopping. If you obsess about every detail of every order, you're going to make yourself crazy. You need to relax and understand that online ordering requires some flexibility. Posting of payments, tracking information, and everything else are not always updated as often as we would like.

I've come home to find packages at my door when the online tracking showed it was still in another state. And we've all had packages arrive before the EDD and after. There are always going to be flaws in the system. It's really not that big a deal, and certainly not worthy of numerous threads on the very same subject over an extended period of time.

Are you even reading the many helpful replies you've received? Because lots of people here have really tried to help, and have been more than patient.

That has happened to me many times. I never gave it a second thought, and of course the money eventually was taken out, I got what I ordered, and everything was fine.

What you've described is NOT that unusual. Nor is it cause for alarm.

UPS plans to hire up to 95,000 seasonal employees for holiday season

Of course, this won't help Toni.

I don't know if this helps but when a package is put inside a trailer in say San Francisco, it will or should have an origin scan. It will say in transit (including weather delays) until it arrives in say Nashville and gets a destination scan. Maybe have your packages shipped next day.
