Is it a Gmail issue or iPhone?

All of a sudden yesterday I noticed that every email i send arrives in my inbox too. I've checked settings and don't see anything. Plus, I haven't changed a thing on my phone or gmail account.

Any ideas why this suddenly happened and how to stop it.??
