I have been logging into the Q for the past 8 months with my Kindle Fire HD (the first Kindle Fire, cannot log in which is why I got the Kindle Fire HD.) I have not been able to log in for the past 6 days (I'm presently using my computer).
I called Customer Service and they didn't understand why I could log in before and not now. I spoke to a fellow at Kindle Apps (Amazon), and we tried different things and I still couldn't log in.
Is anyone else having this problem??
Thanks for any suggestions that could help me in this situation.
