I'm thinking of purchasing a HDTV, nothing too big and I'm not a electronics geek. What I want to know is there really a difference between 720p and a 1080p? I know the 1080 is a sharper picture, but is it a big difference? I don't play video games. I do watch alot of sporting events (Nascar, tennis, hockey, football) though. For the price difference is it worth it? Also, what is the difference between LCD and LED? Thanks!
