Is Anyone Else Having This Problem?

I use Safari and every time I click on a thread to read it, it jumps. The reason for it jumping is because where the date and time are located, there is just a line of numbers. After a second or two, the line changes to the date and time.

Just wondering if it is a QVC glitch or my computer.
