Iphone pictures sent to me.... major problem... help

Before I tell my "relative" that the IPHONE pictures (videos) received yesterday were upside down I want to have a educated suggestion for her to make sure they are right side up. The videos came to me yesterday of her beautiful and talented children. I went to view them and I cannot stand on my head to see them. I suffer from vertigo sometimes. So if I call or write her with a solution on either her end or mine I can fix it without lots of 'drama'. She is very sensitive to criticism at times. Yes, she needs to know but I tread lightly.

It went from her IPHONE to my email. My phone did not open it for some reason. Perhaps it was a slow connection. I do not have the IPHONE. I have an Android.... Samsung Galaxy S2 soon to be replaced by another Samsung.
