Ipad2 Questions

I am a Realtor and have been told the Ipad will work very well for presentations. I held off my purchase hoping the Ipad2 will be able to use 'Flash'. Not sure how important that is but can someone tell me if it looks like the Ipad2 has that capability now? Clearly I'm not exactly sure what Flash actually is but somehow I heard it had this shortcoming and it would be a good thing to have. Also, I can not buy a Mac because my multiple-listing service is not compatible with Macs at this time. Having said that, is there any reason a PC-user shouldn't get an Ipad and should buy a PC-tablet instead? I also plan to get an Iphone soon.
