Although Apple products are not usually as virus prone as PCs they can be hijacked. You can learn more on the internet but I would call Apple support right away.

I called my internet provider and was told to clear my history and that fixed it. Thanks for all replies.

Never had any viruses on my Apple products and I dont think they get viruses. That said I've had lots of ""rejected"" emails stating the email contents contain a virus as detected. Of course I delete them & the I don't think I would be able to open anyway.

I got stuck once and I couldn't do a thing. I cleared history and all. I then just deleted the chrome app and reinstalled and it was fine.

Every time I log out of the computer I delete all history. And I delete the history from my hand held computer and IPad.

When I had a similar experience, apple tech had me go to settings and delete website data and then reboot, but my experience did not involve email. Just call apple tech. They will tell you what to do.
