I got 65.2 download and 4.2 upload. I always think my computer is so slow...apparently not.

Great thread, Lynnj! I've often recommended everyone use a speed test on all their devices (including the mobile ones). I normally recommend the aforementioned Speedtest.net and their mobile apps, since it's not provider-specific. Regarding Comcast, I, too, am convinced they've been throttling. And I agree about their support -- years ago, they had excellent support (at least in our local offices) but in recent past I've seen a sharp decline in their ability to properly troubleshoot technical problems and also in their willingness to be transparent and truthful about their service.
