I am not happy either!!! The Premier Support is NOT w/QVC and in transition w/another company. I Can Not get into my computer and have NO -- Tech help!!! Wow, lame!

QVC no longer uses premier tech support.I received a letter they use TECH LIVE CONNECT. they told me to register with them but when i tried my computer warned me this is not a safe website and logged me off.i dinot know if this is a scam but there is a number to call 1-800 648 5998.I called QVC customer service but they didnot know\ what I was talking about.
try calling that number and let us know if its legit taking over qvc purchases for tech support.

Years ago I purchased a PC from QVC....(hey I was new and didnt know any better)..Right after 30 day period for return had run out--the computer stopped working.....Oh yes their lovely support....I called and relayed my problem then was transferred to a Supervisor that confirmed the problem...was given a ticket# and a Supervisor's phone number and extension...never heard back from and when I called the number got a recording "mailbox full".....called again given the runaround, called QVC and they connected me with someone they sent out a tech rep 3 times...still couldnt get the thing to work---all I wanted was a working replacement....I had it for less than 60 days...After calls to QVC corporate I was told a Supervisor from the PC company would call to arrange for a replacement to be sent to me....and I could expect the call by 7PM...well at 5 til 7 I received a call from a very rude person that said they would arrange a pickup for the non-working PC and if they didnt get it by a specific date I would be charged for both computers---DO YOU UNDERSTAND--he shouted....oh they botched the pickup time for the non-working PC and I took a vacation day off of work to for that...had to arrange for a second day....I FINALLY got a working computer....such a HASTLE........
When I bought my next PC I got it from Best Buy--easy and quick transaction, fully working PC-- no problems---good price too!!!
Never buy a PC from QVC....thats my advice!

And this is why I'd never buy a computer from Q! They bundle and promise so much cr#p (which you are paying for needlessly).
when Apple products first appeared on Q I was "tempted" to buy IPad because of all the extras & technical support service contract.
I called Apple directly (customer service) and I learned a very important thing: the technical support they offer is a 3rd party and not affiliated at all with AppleCare. Therefore, I didn't buy plus I told the Apple rep what "bundle" and series Q was offering. Turned out what they were offering was not the newest version & 1/2 those things I wouldn't need.
in addition, I've learned a lot from the tech savvy posters here -- so thanks for always "warning us" less tech savvy Q shoppers!!!
I bought all my Apple products directly at Apple & they do have a great financing program (no interest in some instances) if you're interested!

There are at least two versions of Malwarebytes. A free, use on demand version, and a paid version that's always on, always looking for issues and reporting them. The paid version automatically updates itself and is on guard 24/7. The free version you typically use only when you suspect there's already a problem. The paid version prevents problems (as much as possible anyway) and the free version helps to undo a mess once it's happened.

Premier is by far the worst of the worst in tech support. They have had a lot of bad reviews on you tube and I heard about people complaining on these forums about them. I would never order any device on a shopping channel. They are older models and there software is not needed in most cases. Always go with the source and do your research and know what you want and need. That is my advice.

i am trying to get the LIFETIME premier support for an hp computer i purchased last december but the site is down and the phone number is disconnected. So much for the LIFETIME support. Anybody have any leads?

I was having the same problem. I called QVC customer service and they said the company went out of business. They are now using another company called Tech Live Connect but they (QVC) have to register you. They said someone will be calling me within 5 days. We will see. I suggest you call QVC customer service as well. We need to put pressurer on them (QVC) for selling a product that is not working.
