@glb613 : What's easy for some not for others. I had the factory reset done last week but someone did it for me. Southern Bee

@dooBdoo : More issues today not just here but multiple sites. On phone with cable company for over 45 minutes and sending someone tomorrow afternoon to check on all connections and wires. What's strange- if DH on his computer my issues with iPad get really slow and messages like- can't connect or no internet connection. Southern Bee

As of yesterday- everything rechecked. Wires outside - the splitter was rusted and replaced. Second speed test done on iPad and computer. Tech suggested we upgrade our internet speed package. Called and received a new contract for two years with monthly bill being reduced by $19. Of course as usual yesterday this site was pathetic and had multiple issues that are very irritating and forget about checking on package shipping. One of my packages has been sitting in Atlanta since the 23  and needed it for today but Qvc finally responded with refund. Definitely will be shopping somewhere else. But will continue to check in and respond on the forums. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and help.❤️❤️ Southern Bee

Another update: Cable company sent someone out with more equipment. Main base next to modem in back of house. Second base in living room to cover front of house. App added to IPad. Speed test completed on all systems with 101 mbps and two weeks ago was 37. Hopefully this soap opera has run out of episodes. To bad that QVC has not improved or added the latest equipment for all it issues. Southern Bee

Yikes!

In the future, try this:

Charge device,

then

Unplug WIFI ROUTER

then

Power OFF IPAD

wait a minute or two

then

plug Router back in and

power On Ipad.

You might want to RETYPE the WIfi connection info. (Network Key and Password).

good luck!

@SouthernBee, You're a champ!    Thanks for providing updates.   You've been through quite a tussle with this, and I hope now it's resolved for good.   You're going to be a tech expert before long...  but this probably isn't the way you'd want to achieve that!😉   Take care, and fingers crossed you'll have smooth sailing from now on.❤️

@dooBdoo : You and so many precious people have been wonderful with suggestions and tips in this long journey. I now have notebooks with extra tips for the IPad, smartphone and internet information because the memory is fading and normal mode of operating is very confused but considering that I retired 20 years ago as my doctor said: not totally depleted but left with 1/2 of a brain cell and maybe one nerve. I was not offended by his statement because he knew what I had been through and the results could have been worse - we have laugh and cried together so many times.Best thing has been collecting special friends along the way. Thanks everyone. Southern Bee
