IPad Mini problem synking

I haven't gone to Apple with this problem but intend to do so - just thought someone here might have a solution. I follow a couple YouTube blogs (mostly cooking and skincare) and I'm having a problem with the video and audio synking (sp??) - (i.e. - the movement and the words don't match). This just popped up recently and I can't seem to discover why or correct it. Any suggestions from you techies?

That is usually caused by your internet connection. Do you have a fast cable connection?
