IPAD Mini 3 Question

I just upgraded my mini to the new IPAD mini 3 model. When inputting user IDs and passwords on the older model, a pop up box would appear asking if I wanted to save the info so when going to the site again it would automatically fill in the info. Not this newer model. Does anyone know if there is something I need to turn on in the mini 3 so this pop up box appears? Trying to save myself the frustration of calling Apple techs. TIA.

Check in preferences -

Click on iCloud, and see if you have Keychain turned on.

Also, check Safari (also in preferences), and scroll down to general, click on Passwords & Auto Fill. Do you have Names and Passwords set to on?

Let us know if this fixed things.

Thanks Lynnj, I didn't have the the auto fill set to on and didn't know where to find it. I tested it and it now works. Thanks a lot!
