I purchased and installed/set up the ROKU in our spare bedroom, upstairs....it's slow and when reading thru older posts, I will call about my router, maybe it's old and needs to be replaced

but....I tried to find QVC...so far no luck, I thought the logo woud just appear on screen like other logos did but I went thru everything...I don't see it.  Is there another way I am supposed to  to access the channel?

I did find the ID Channel, it came in OK, I tried accessing Hoarders but when I clicked on the logo.....nothing....if the router is the issue I understand that show not loading but, what about QVC?  Is there a way to access the channel than I do not know about?

Thank you.....I find it very frustrating when I don't understand what I am doing...or it does not work as expected.

Just type in QVC on the channel search bar.  You can also add channels by signing into your roku account online.

@Mom2Dogs   not sure what is going on with yours, but after the roku comes on, but do you try pressing the button in the middle of the directional arrows? it's like the "enter" button. make sense?  if i let it idle too long, like leave the room it goes to where you are talking about. then you hit the "enter" button and all the free channels that come with your roku come up. this is where i see the Q logo. we subscribe to netflix, and hulu. plenty of shows to choose from.

Go to Roku dot com.  Sign in. Click on Channel Store in the drop down menu under your account in the right corner.  Type QVC in the search bar.  Click Add Channel.

Now do a "system restart" on your Roku and it will add QVC to your lineup.

Hopefully not many more questions....  I am not getting any buffering but loading is not as quick as changing channels on a tv, is that normal?  I don't know what to expect...thanks!

Yes, slow loading is normal for some channels.

@kittyloo, thanks...it's just acting wonky...picture goes off for 10-15 seconds then comes back on...does this several times in the span of 5-10 minutes!!

I checked the signal strength for the wi-fi, it's excellent.

Maybe I am just so used to TV, this may take a bit of getting used to..but I don't like the picture going off and on (screen goes blank and this time no sound, the loading bar comes up). .....kind of hard to teach an old dog new tricks, but I'm trying, ha!

Not sure I will keep the device if this is normal.

You might need to increase your download speed on your WiFi service
