I recently purchased a new PC. Tower,came with Keyboard,and mouse.

It is a desk model. HP Pavilion.

I purchased at my local Staples,and did get the in home set up with Tech.

He brought the Pc and connected all the components.

Well unfortunitely he noticed it was running very slow which it should not have.

I needed a new jack,and also router.

My problem seems to be with my software. I keep getting pop-ups from Pc power speed.

It says i have over 1,000 errors. I did click to fix. However there is a charge for installing.

I checked my programs,and do not see it listed.

Did call and the Tech i spoke to was difficult to understand. I told him i just wanted to delete if from my Pc

Sorry. I know this is long,and hard for me to explain in full.

He explained that even though i have virus protection Norton 360 it does not protect the software.

Had so many issues with my old PC. Am afraid to do anything that could harm the new one.

Does anyone have the PC POWER SPEED and does it really do the job or protection.

There seems to be another one in my programs. called PC CLEANER PRO.

Am so confused with all this happening,and need some help.

Just to mention i have windows 7 that came with my PC.

I really don't have anyone here to help. Am a senior and hard to cope with this.

Would appreciate any replies in regard to my issue.
