I have a s10 android phone and tablet.when going on qvc site,pictures of items are jot downloading.i called my verizon,Verizon, they told me to clear cache in my settings.i did that on both devices,but still no luck.any help would be appreciated

@Caffeina Thankyou for responding.And yes,I have restarted both phone and tablet several times.I am at work now,and am having no issues loading pictures on my computer.Mind boggling.

@Mz iMac Im sorry,but I dont know what you are talking about.I have the app on both phone and tablet and assuming it is the newest version.Is that what you mean?

@Luvsmyfam iOS is a mobile device (your phone & tablet) operating system. It is NOT an app.
You need to make sure you are using the latest version. Go into your device settings to confirm if you need to update or not.

@Mz iMac Actually i just did and app was updated in jan 22.Maybe my internet is just slow.

Are you accessing QVC with the browser app, or the QVC app?
Are images not loading on either?
Do you have issues with any other sites?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Have you tried rebooting your router/modem?
I don't think it's likely that the Android version you're using would have anything to do with images not loading on QVC. They load fine on my old phone that has version 5 from 2014, as well as my newer one with version 11.
