OVC sold it years and years ago- and I've since seen versions of it at Kohls and other stores by different makers- it seems that my company does not respond to questions- there just is no way to contact them anymore- I think it's a Thomas Pincone(?) When I ask the Q they don't know of a way and if I type in what I'm guessing is the address, it doesn't have one listed or it's a private -email address that he doesn't answer. SO does anyone know what causes the cd tray to keep popping out? It was my mother's ---she never even used the cd part. I tried putting in other company names that sell similar units (it's like a fancy wood cabinet type) but can't get any info from them either. BTW-It is NOT a computer. TIA!
