I-Phone Question (Email of Videos)

My daughter has an I-phone. She sends me videos of my grandchildren. They are wonderful, of course.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} However they come to me sideways. I do not know how to make them upright. If I could only rotate clockwise I would be able to see them comfortably. I view them on my computer as an email message with an attachment which I open.

I imagine I could see them on my smart phone but it would not give me any way to save them so I can store them. Perhaps I am missing the point, but I am a grandmother that saves everything.
