I also purchased this computer and it is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made from QVC.  First of all, I was notified the shipment was delayed.  That was fine.  No problem.  When the computer arrived I had not yet received Platinum Essentials for Download packet.  I figured it would be arriving within a few days.  When it didn't, I called QVC and the customer service agent took down the information, told me she would send a message to the company and I would get a call back in 48 hours. She also provided me a phone number to the company in case I wanted to check myself. When I didn't hear back from QVC I called.  Their customer service agent informed me the company was in receivership (bankruptcy) and packets were no longer being mailed out.  She said she would email me the pages but she never did!  I think it was a way to pacify me and end the phone call.  I called QVC a 2nd time October 31, 2017 and the customer service agent informed me this company was in the middle of changing owenship, the packets were mailed out October 25, 2017 and I would be receiving mine within a few days.  Today, November 9, 2017 still no packet! I made my 3rd phone call to QVC this morning and was informed the packets will be mailed out in 3 weeks and if the customer was not satisfied they could return the computer for a full refund.  Who's to say after waiting another 3 weeks there will be another delay.  The computer was a great buy but all this aggrevation has been frustrating and I will be wrapping the computer up and returning it.I think QVC should issue everyone a $15.00 credit, the cost of the PC Mover to go out and purchase on our own. But, I'm done trying to order a computer from QVC.  I will go to a big box store, pay a little more and receive everything I need at the time of purchase.

I agree with Janet on the frustration on not receiving the software packet. Today for Black Friday there is an HP laptop with additional software included. With being kept in the dark on the software for the TSV October,  I would think QVC would stand behind the product and ship out something comparable. Of the decades I have been ordering from 

QVC, It’s hard for me to believe they would let this issue of not receiving the software affect their customers..  very disappointed..
