Hp/ Dell which more efficient and will help my learning curve from using a Mac for 6 years

I need to purchase a PC for work and I want to get the lightest on so I can travel with it like 5 pounds that has blueray player in it and most importantly had Microscoft office it is essential I'm as transcriptionist so all my files would come in as a wave file and I would h d to replay back in a word document. Any help on choosing a model ASAP that would be greatly appreciated.
