How to change from Ask search to google search

Hi, I downloaded Java update this morning, and it automatically replaced my toolbar (on top of my laptop screen) from google search to Ask Search. Would any of you help me to put the google search back on?

Also, the speaker icon on the lower right hand corner disappeared. Would you let me know how to get it back?
