I looked this up online and followed the instructions to access my voicemail from my landline without success. No option was given to enter my pin so I could hear my messages. It just wanted me to leave a message. Would anyone know how I can do this, or if it's even possible any more on their phones? Thanks.

I have AT&T, and I just dial my own number and follow the prompts to my voicemail password. Never tried it from a landline. Good luck, it is handy.

Dial your phone number from your landline, when the voice mail message starts press #*#. This will take you to your messages.

@deeva --Thanks so much. Pressing the pound sign twice worked! It's different from how I access my voicemail with my ATT phone (I have a Tracfone & an ATT Go phone). On ATT, which @Still Raining has, I just have to press the star key and enter my PIN. Would be nice if they all worked the same way.
Now I just have to get my Tracfone voicemail to work correctly. For some reason, yesterday, a message popped up telling me that it "can't connect to your voice mailbox" with an error code of 9004 (something to do with coverage supposedly). Trouble is the message won't go away no matter my location. It also wants me to reset my PIN but then won't let me. I was able to dial 1 (or can also dial *86) and hear voicemail and change PIN, but the message stays. I called several times to Tracfone for help but didn't seem to be able to find someone who knew what to do. Even talked to a supervisor. She didn't know how to get rid of the message either. Oh, and the message tells you to call customer service, but the number it gives you to call is for Verizon. I don't know what is going on, but I'm getting ready to bug Tracfone again.

Well, I am done with Tracfone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent hours on the phone with them last night about my voicemail problem without getting the issue fixed. I just now spent about two hours without ever getting help.
First call-- he couldn't help so he transferred me to the next level of tech support. No one ever answered after an unbelievably long wait. Second call--she transferred me to upper level, but due to the long wait time, was given option to leave my phone number for a call back. Their system then promptly disconnected me. Third call--their system all of a sudden couldn't recognize my Tracfone number. Fourth call--get a rep and I tell him to give me a supervisor. After another substantial wait, finally get someone who, of course, could not help me. Enough is enough.
I will be sending back the TSV I just got, and when my existing balance with them expires, that will be it. Unbelievable!!!
