How can I soften the look of my photos on my iphone and ipad?

How do you get that photoshop look on pics taken on your phone of ipad.I want that airbrushed look on faces.

I upload them to my computer to edit the pictures.

I have an LG and in the "mode" choices, there is one called "beauty shot". Is that what you mean? It softens the pictures.

My favorite photo editing app is called Camera+. FingerFocus & XnViewPhoto are both fun apps to get started....and I just discovered Snapseed which gives amazing depth to photos. But again, Camera+ app has SO many applications.
