Home Wireless Question

Can I replace my wired router with this ROUTER and maintain my wired connection for 2 desktops and have wireless in my home for my netbook?

I have Cox Cable Internet service. My desktops do not have wireless cards in them so I need to maintain my wired connection for them, but would like to be able to drop my Verizon wireless I am using for my netbook at home.

I realize if I do that, I will not have wireless service away from home.
