Help with using iPad on Ulta website....

Every time I go to Ulta's website everything is fine until I click on a product. It goes to the actual product page so I can view it and in about 3 seconds it disappears??!! I can click the back arroww and it takes me back to the previous page, it's just I can't view the products individually. I have an iPhone 6 and I'm okay on it. It is my iPad I know, but I don't know what has happened. TIA
