Help with removing cookies

I am using windows 8.1 and would like to remove cookies, can anyone help. I go to control panel and then what? Thanks.

Click on Start

Type cookies

General tab

Delete ... option

pick and choose what you want to delete and press Delete

I use CCleaner to eliminate junk from my computer. You can use SuperAntiSpyware to remove tracking cookies. I use the free version of these programs.
