Help with Kindle Fire HD-How can I get apps NOW?

When I buy an app, it doesn't show up in the cloud for one to two days on my Kindle Fire HD. I just purchased an app and I am anxious to get it. It shows I bought it on Amazon, it is in the list of my aps that I own on Amazon where it shows my apps, but it isn't on my kindle in the cloud.

How can I get it now? It says to download and I will get it instantly, but I never do.

What am I doing wrong?
