I've had no problems with iTunes. I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10; my computer was a year old Dell; I've been using Windows 10 for 2 months now and liking it.
Thank you for your response! I'm also on 8.1 so I may give it a go. If it doesn't work for me, I'll go back to 8.1. I have an HP laptop that is a little over a year old so hopefully things will work out ok.

Thanks, I email rocketmail yesterday and waited for a callback which never came. I'll try to contact yahoo today; if that d/n work, I'll just create a new email - which is a pain to change everything and my folders will be lost. Enough time wasted. But. thanks for your helpful advice.

Well, still no rocketmail, only a message they're still trying to sync. Signed up for hotmail and got message something went wrong and to try again later.....is this windows 10 a joke![]()

I'd really think long and hard before upgrading if you aren't 100% sure. More often than not, when upgrading to another operating system, when you go back (or try to) you end up with some things being corrupted and some things lost, etc.
I did an operating sytem upgrade once and that was enough for me. I am totally glad for those for whom it has worked out well, as I'm sure it's not always a bad proposition. But where you might be stretching your luck is going back to the old OS. Just an FYI and maybe something additional to think about. ![]()

I agree, Chickenbutt, definitely something to continue thinking about! Only one computer in our office has been upgraded to 10 from 7 and I haven't used it too much. Of course, I don't have iTunes on my laptop at work (since against office policy to have personal stuff) so I haven't been able to test it there. I'm going to continue thinking on it . . . .

CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!!! Now I just got a message flashed on my screen that my Outlook email a/c is out of date (that's the one provided by Windows 10!).
So now I have no email whatsoever!!!

software s/b current - had 8.2 - relative new laptop - but, thanx for the advice, I'll call HP.

Did you call Microsoft? # is online (afraid Q might remove this if I post it). They were unable to get my rocketmail back (were locked out) so after 2 1/2+ hrs, gave me a # to call for rocketmail to ask them to upgrade my email a/c and call them if necessary. Called that # got recording to leave a message...didn't; think I'll just assume my folders are lost and will have to use my outlook a/c. But, they should be able to get you out of airplane mode. Anyways, hope they can help you out.
