Help My itunes Library Is Gone!!!!

My computer crashed within the last 2 weeks. I was able to restore it from the hard drive. When I reloaded the itunes app I was able to transfer my purchased songs but cannot find all my other songs I had from cds. It says my ipod is registered to another computer. I guess this computer is brand new as far as itunes is concerned. I didn't wipe out the hard drive. I just hit F11 to restore. I've read a few ideas on forums on what to do and it is really confusing to me. Can anyone help me copy the songs from my ipod back to the itunes library?
