Helllllllp me, please.

Reg Clean Pro keeps popping up on my computer trying to get me to subscribe. I don't know where it came from and I can't get rid of it. I tried deleting and uninstalling and nothing is working. I have Norton through my Internet provider and I don't want or need Reg Clean.

I googled it and read many different articles which only served to scare me because it said you should be computer literate to attempt getting rid of it and I am not. Is there ANY way a yokel like me can get rid of this or do I need to call an expert to come over and do it? Thanks for any help that anyone can provide!
