I purchased an LG 65" OLED on Sept. 3rd. I never received a phone call to schedule delivery within 7-10 days of purchase. The EDD was 9/28. My QVC credit card has not been billed. There is no way to actually find out where the tv is or if it is going to actually arrive. I cancelled the order but would like to know from anyone who might have purchased this tv to see if it actual was delivered.

Howdy @mrsclean72, from Mr. Clean/Mr. Clean II and Mr. Clean III(all named of my race cars).
Have ya called Customer Service about this, and if not, what method did you use to cancel? Sure hope to see a post #2 reply from ya!

I cancelled through my account page on website. As of now they are attempting to cancel the order. If for some reason they can’t at least that will assure me the tv is getting ready for delivery maybe. I contacted customer service on twice, told them I never received a phone call within 7-10 days to schedule delivery but they just responded with same answer. Order is being processed. We will be out of town on 9/29 for a few days what prompted me to look into this.

Go to the forum Customer Care and repeat your concerns there. QVC Moderators many times respond to customer issues there.
Just be sure to give it a different title, or it may be flagged as a duplicate post.
In brevity give them as much information as possible, ie., date of order, when it was projected to arrive, the fact that you have already spoken with customer service and their reply also there is an attempt to cancel the order.

I believe the OP is asking if any of US purchased this TV and ACTUALLY received it.
That is NOT a question for Customer Service.
I'm sorry, I have never ordered expensive electronics from QVC.
I would only purchase locally for those type of items and I usually buy everything online. TV and applicances I would prefer to get from a store where I have better control over delivery and repairs.
