I have been a customer of QVC for over 20 years and I have always bought my electronics from you. Lately I've noticed that you have more woman selling your products. Where are the knowledgeable guys you have had for many years. I live alone and depend on these guys who can explain the products in a slow manner so I can understand them. I always felt confident purchasing from QVC knowing you have these knowledgeable men to answer my questions in the past. It doesnt seem like the women know as much and dont explain in a similar manner...I would never purchase an HP product because Christine Kane rattles on so quickly that she loses me in the first few minutes...and really isnt helpful. So if this is what QVC is going to have sell electronics on their show, I will start purchasing locally....It seems that the host talks more than the vendor, maybe to cover the fact that they dont really understand the product.
