Has anyone else noticed that today's TSV is being presented as

the same as December's? They've specifically stated that it is the same one that sold out in December (but has even more software value). Only (and I'm not sure how much of a difference this makes) it is 4 gb ram instead of the 8 gb of ram and 756 gb HD instead of 1T? It has less and not more in that area...seems to me that it really is not the same one as far as these specs go. It is beginning to really bother me that they are using that comparison to sell this laptop. I'm in the market for a laptop but will probably go to cost_co for a fairly decent laptop priced about the same and 2 years warrantee and the concierge (support) service included. Does this type of presentation bother anyone else.

Yes, I noticed the same thing ... at first I thought I was mistaken because every other day they have a laptop TSV ( either HP or Dell) and I can't keep track of it all ... thanks for bringing it up and confirming what I thought to be true.

I know this isn't responding to your comment, but I had to laugh at midnight when I saw the HP pc on QVC, then saw the HP printer over on HSN.

Thanks for responding January and VCamp. I thought it was a wee bit underhanded to state because the last TSV in December went over so well they were doing the SAME ONE again..but even better...Right...I don't know how they could say it is the same one when it has different specs...a bit disappointing to say the least. I saw HSN had a HP Printer too and did a double take..same old, same old. Smiley Happy

I thought it was a bit underhanded too, to say the least. Guess they think no one remembers back that far and will take the word of the host as gospel. Shame on them!

Re: Has anyone else noticed that today's TSV is being presented as

It is NOT the one from December, but it is the one from October or November. It is also the same exact one that was presented before Christmas. I know this for a fact because I googled QVC videos of HP Touch Screen Laptop and the TSV from before Christmas came up and I watched the video. The video is the final presentation with MS Office only, remaining and two colors left...the Hp sold out during the last few minutes of that presentation. Also, neither Christine or any of the host' said it was from a particular month...they always referenced it as the same one that they had over or during the holiday.
