Has anyone Returned their Dell TSV?

Did you have to call the number on the letter? I am looking for a prepaid return label but I don't see one....

I don't think a bad pixel is acceptable for the amount of money spent on this computer. Also it may/may not have an issue with the speakers as well with an intermittent"click/popping sound" while surfing the web, and then there is the issue with the CD drawer not shutting properly {#emotions_dlg.glare}
